The Schwank "Effect Tile" is a perforated ceramic tile with an increased heat-emitting surface. The operating temperature is 1650 degrees Fahrenheit which optimizes the infra-red energy delivered to the working level. All tiles are ground to size for full interchangeability and result in gasket-free joints between the tiles which simplifies maintenance if required.
