The Schwank Hot Tot infra-red heater emits radiant heat in all directions; it warms people and surfaces, not air, and it can be suspended from the ceiling to free up floor space.

That means the room temperature is kept at a comfortable level. For example, the air temperature in a room heated with hot air is usually about 75-85 degrees; with the Schwank Hot Tot infra-red radiant heater, the air temperature is closer to 65 degrees.

Heavy-duty design

The circular iron base and header make the Schwank Hot Tot infra-red radiant heater tough enough for any application. But it can be lifted by a single person, and it can be moved by simply tipping the heater on its side and rolling it to a new position.

Push button control makes operation simple and easy, and if the unit is ever knocked over by accident, a tip over switch shuts the unit down immediately.

Built-in thermostat
